We are always interested in expanding our coaching staff!

We hire reliable individuals with previous rowing experience who are keen to share their knowledge with others in an enthusiastic way.

Each year, there are two full time positions available from May 1 - Aug. 15. These positions are only available to students enrolled in a post-secondary institution. The students hired for these positions will be responsible for coaching all summer programs, maintaining equipment, and promoting the club, to list a few things. A detailed job description will be provided at a later date.

All coaches must be able to take direction from the head coach and the executive. They must also have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card, and all competitive coaches must have level one coaching certification or the equivalent in the new NCCP Model.
