This program is designed to help rowers continue to grow their skills and gain more confidence on the water before joining our recreational program. Each session is led by an experienced coach and safety boat driver to support rowers in improving their technique and skills, while ensuring everyone's safety.
The program will be for up to 3 months initially . Moving up to our competitive junior program or recreational program will be at the coaches discretion.
